Even after voters voted to legalize cannabis, thousands of weed arrests have occurred.

It looks like the Legislature is the closest yet to getting the lingering legal marijuana cleanup bill through a full vote and onto Gov. Phil Murphy’s desk this week, although the final version is anything but done.
