Near where I live, there is a place called The Comforting Cat Cafe.
Come and take a look around, because you don't know what you are missing out on.
(whimsical music) (birds chirping) (dog barking) This is my support staff, and his name is Tim.
He will guide us along and make sure we are all safe.
For your safety, here's what you need to know.
- Some people need assistance, and support staff will help along the way.
Other people are comfortable walking on their own.
- Alexa, what's the weather right now?
- [Alexa] Currently it's 50 degrees Fahrenheit with sun, low of 41.
- You probably should consider putting on a jacket before you head out.
(whimsical music) - All set.
Let's head out!
(marching music) - [Alexa] Turn right onto Williams Boulevard.
- [Andrew] I'm trying to drive... so it's crazy out here.
(car whooshes) Come on, lady!
(sighs) Darn car.
Darn driver.
Hey, would any of you like to hear some music?
When you are at the crosswalk, it is important to look both ways.
And don't forget to push the crosswalk button.
The sign says walk now.
Don't forget to look both ways.
All good!
(symphony music) (bright music) - Hello, do you struggle with distances between the inside and outside of the sidewalk?
My name is Millie the Mouse, and I'll teach you about sidewalk safety features.
(air whooshes) (screen rattles) Colored lines help people who struggle with depth perception judge distances and stop some people from falling off a curb.
Raised dots at the end of sidewalks warn individuals with limited vision or mobility that the road is ahead.
Well, Tim and Andrew, I'm off now.
Good day!
(air whooshes) (car horn beeping) (gentle music) (door chimes tinkle) - Ah, The Comforting Cat Cafe, a place to play, eat, and look around.
I hope you had a great time.
Remember, how we see everything is not the same and where we come from things will work out in the end.
Bye for now.
