New map likely swings balance of power in 7th District

Every ten years, the lines of New Jersey’s Congressional districts are redrawn. And this morning, after months of political petitioning between the two major parties, Justice John Wallace gave the tie-breaking vote to the Democrats, selecting their map for the next ten years. Senior Writer Colleen O’Dea explains what the new lines mean for each party.
