City MD announced 19 location closures due to staffing challenges brought on by the rising COVID-19 numbers and the crush of people seeking testing. Three of the 19 locations are in New Jersey, in Wayne, Jersey City, and Raritan. So what should you do if you have symptoms or need a test?
